The consultation happens first - this lasts around 1 hour, During this session you will try out a range of scripts in order to ensure you leave with a selection that best suits your voice and delivery style(s). You should familiarise yourself with the scripts and be 100% ready to record on the pre-arranged recording date. Don't risk arriving at the studio unprepared.

The recording will be a very focused session, we will record everything that we supplied you with at the consultation, so please ensure that you have made choices based on the notes given to you at the consultation. Please arrive at at the studio at least 15 minutes before the start of your session in order to make sure you're ready and settled before recording starts.

* The content chosen/recorded will be tailored to your needs.
** We are confident in recording foreign languages and have recently worked in French, Italian, German, Polish, Russian, Greek, Spanish, Icelandic, Swedish, a wide range of African & Indian dialects, Vietnamese & Japanese.
*** We think it's important to also supply you with 'Voice Only' files (the edited recording without any production elements or music). More and more agents and producers request this  - so don't worry, we add this for free!

Cancellation Policy
We are flexible and appreciate that the nature of an actor's work life is what it is, and we always try to accommodate when we can, and so long as the client re-books, there isn't a charge. We supply you with a tracking document on the day of the consultation outlining the content you are recording along with direction notes so you can rehearse the scripts before the session. This form also states the following: 

• Should you cancel the recording you will be charged the consultation fee (£60 plus VAT), unless you reschedule straight away.
  
• You will be Charged £60 plus VAT for cancelling the recording with less than 48 hours notice, plus £60 for the consultation (unless you reschedule immediately). 
  
• If you give less than 24 hours notice cancellation your session will be charged at full rate as we cannot then re-use the session. Always call us so we can assess the situation if you were to lose your voice for instance.

We're very trusting, and expect the clients to honour their slots. And  99% of the time, they do. 

OTHER SESSIONS / SERVICES

Service	Rate
Top-Up Session - Commercials, Documentary, Narrative or Corporate ... These are shorter sessions with Simon Cryer, designed to 'top up' your voicereel with new material. You should provide your own scripts in advance of the session for us to offer any feedback and guidance. 1 hour including editing.	£200 +vat
Drama Session Top up your drama reel - you should come armed with loads of ideas. Each piece should be no more than 90 seconds. This is for trained actors only and we would strongly recommend a consultation with Marina Caldarone before the session.	£350 +vat
Consultation with Marina Caldarone Before you record anything we recommend having an hour with Marina Caldarone to aid you with your choices - definitely if drama or narrative content is being recorded. You only need this if you are recoding a drama reel (above).	£75 +vat
Voiceover Assesment/Consultation with Marina Caldarone Marina will happily meet clients as part of a recording package who may not be 100% sure they actually wish to go on to record with us. Should go on to record one of the 3 voiceereel packages, this fee will be removed from from the final cost.	£75 +vat
Archive Retrieval If you lose you voicereel content then please email us as we store all audio recorded for around 4 or 5 years. We will be able to send you another copy via Dropbox.	£50 +vat
4gb USB Key If you need us to supply content in digital form on a USB stick, then you'll need one of these.	£10 +vat
