Cancellation Policy

Please read this cancellation Policy carefully to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy - Voiceover Demos

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 3 full days notice will be charged in full as we won't be able to re-use the session at such late notice.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 5 full days notice will be lose their deposit (50% of the full cost).
  • Sessions cancelled with more than 5 days notice but re-scheduled will not incur any penalties as long as the re-scheduled booking is within 28 days of the original booking.

Cancellation Policy - Studio Hire

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the fees due.
  • Sessions cancelled but re-scheduled will not incur any penalties as long as the re-scheduled booking is within 14 days of the original booking.
